Assistant Manager
Quick Serve Assistant Manager Restaurant Manager needed to manage our high-volume, quick-service restaurants.
We operate over 400 of the highest grossing restaurant franchises in the nation and offer outstanding development and income potential.
Responsibilities include achieving targeted sales and profitability, controlling expenses, and staffing and developing team members.
Minimum requirements:
Three years current Manager if Quick Serve or Manager/Shift Leader if Full Service - any hands-on segment - must be willing and able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with all team members Recent Quick Serve management experience - either current or last job Volume experience of at least $1M No job hoppers - good stability in any of the last three jobs Held to high standards - speed of service, shops, reviews & fiscal responsibility Good interpersonal skills with team members and guestsCompensation:
$35-42K, achievable bonus plus outstanding benefits package.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
